Scope
These policies apply to any Krenzino activity that prepares, validates, corrects, or furnishes consumer account information to consumer reporting agencies if Krenzino becomes an approved furnisher.
Accuracy and integrity
Furnished information must be based on Krenzino’s servicing records and must reflect the actual account status, balance, limit, scheduled payment, payment history, dispute condition, restriction, closure, or charge-off status.
Metro 2 readiness
Reporting files should follow current Metro 2 specifications, required field lengths, account status codes, payment ratings, special comments, compliance condition codes, file structure, acknowledgements, and bureau testing requirements.
Pre-submission validation
Before any reportable file is transmitted, Krenzino should validate required fields, consumer identifiers, account dates, balance logic, status logic, payment timing, dispute indicators, duplicate accounts, and exception conditions.
Exception review
Records with missing, conflicting, unverifiable, disputed, or out-of-policy data should be held from reporting until reviewed and corrected. Exception decisions should be documented.
Dispute intake
Krenzino should support disputes received directly from consumers and, if reporting is active, disputes received through consumer reporting agencies. Intake should capture identity details, disputed items, basis, documents, source, receipt date, and tracking number.
Investigation timing
Disputes should be investigated within required FCRA and Regulation V timeframes. If the consumer provides additional information during the investigation period, any allowed extension should be tracked and explained.
Correction and deletion
Information found inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable, or not supported by the servicing record should be corrected or deleted and updated with all agencies that received the affected information.
Quality control
Krenzino should monitor reporting accuracy, dispute trends, exception rates, rejected files, systematic errors, vendor performance, staff training, policy updates, and remediation results.
No current reporting promise
This page describes the intended readiness framework. It does not promise that Krenzino currently furnishes data, has bureau approval, or can produce any specific credit outcome.
