E-SIGN Consent

Consent language for receiving Krenzino application notices, disclosures, agreements, statements, payment notices, and servicing communications electronically.

Electronic delivery

By applying online, a consumer may consent to receive application communications, disclosures, account agreements, payment notices, statements, servicing messages, support responses, and legal notices electronically.

Hardware and software

Customers need internet access, a current web browser, an email account, and the ability to view, save, and print PDF or HTML records. Customers should keep their email address and contact information current.

Paper copies

Customers may request paper copies of required records where available. Fees, timing, and delivery method should be disclosed before account opening if any fee applies.

Withdrawing consent

A customer may withdraw electronic-record consent by contacting support. Withdrawal may affect the ability to apply online, maintain member access, receive electronic statements, or continue using online servicing features.

Consent confirmation

Before submitting an application, Krenzino should capture the disclosure version, timestamp, IP or device evidence, and the consumer’s affirmative consent to receive records electronically.
