Terms of Use

Clear boundaries for using Krenzino’s public website, application experience, member access, and marketplace information.

Website use

These terms govern access to Krenzino’s public website, application pages, account access pages, and informational materials. Approved account terms, required disclosures, privacy notices, and account agreements provided during application or account opening control the member account.

Application process

Submitting an application request starts eligibility and identity review. It does not open an account by itself. If approved, the consumer must review final terms, required disclosures, and any payment authorization before account opening.

Definitions

“Marketplace” means eligible products or services offered through Krenzino. “Credit line” means the closed-loop account capacity available only inside Krenzino if approved. “Member access” means the account portal used for applications, statements, payments, support, and account history.

Accurate information

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login secure, and use the website only for lawful personal account purposes. Krenzino may restrict access when information appears inaccurate, identity review cannot be completed, payment status changes, or misuse is detected.

Identity and eligibility review

Krenzino may request identity, contact, address, Social Security number, income, employment, device, payment, and fraud-prevention information. Applications may be approved, declined, paused, restricted, or approved on different terms based on review results and final policy rules.

No outcome promise

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, a particular limit, bureau furnishing, marketplace availability, or any credit-score result. Credit outcomes depend on many factors outside Krenzino’s control.

Electronic communications

Online use may require consent to receive records electronically. Customers are responsible for keeping contact information current and reviewing notices, disclosures, statements, and servicing messages delivered electronically.

Marketplace limits

Krenzino marketplace access is limited to eligible products and services offered through Krenzino. The account is not intended for cash access, outside merchants, peer-to-peer transfers, or general-purpose purchases.

Prohibited conduct

You may not use the website or member access to submit false information, misuse another person’s identity, bypass eligibility controls, interfere with security, scrape nonpublic systems, resell access, or use Krenzino for unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized activity.

Payment and account status

If an account is opened, payment timing, statement timing, early-payment rights, restriction, delinquency, closure, and charge-off handling are governed by the final account agreement and payment authorization accepted before opening.

Intellectual property

Krenzino names, logos, website content, designs, account workflows, marketplace presentation, software, and related materials belong to Krenzino or its licensors. Public website access does not grant ownership or reuse rights.

Disputes and corrections

Questions about account records, servicing information, or credit-reporting information should be submitted through the support and dispute paths provided by Krenzino. Krenzino may require information needed to identify the account and investigate the request.

Disclaimers and limits

Website information is provided for general product understanding and may change. Krenzino does not provide legal, tax, credit-repair, accounting, or financial-planning advice through public website content.

Governing documents

Final disclosures, account agreements, E-SIGN consent, payment authorizations, privacy notices, and state-specific terms control over public summaries. If a public page conflicts with final account documents, the final documents control.

Updates

Krenzino may update website content, product availability, application steps, pricing, payment schedules, disclosures, and servicing processes. Material account terms are controlled by the disclosures and agreements presented to the customer.
