Marketplace and Credit-Line Terms

Product-specific terms for Krenzino’s closed-loop marketplace account, requested credit line, payment rhythm, member access, and account status rules.

Purpose and acceptance

These terms explain the Krenzino marketplace and closed-loop credit-line structure. Applying, accessing member services, using the marketplace, or accepting final account terms may create binding obligations. Final account-opening documents control if they differ from public website summaries.

Closed-loop marketplace

The marketplace is intended for eligible products and services offered through Krenzino. Marketplace access may depend on application approval, active member status, account standing, available capacity, product eligibility, and fraud-prevention controls.

What the credit line is not

The Krenzino credit line is not a traditional credit card, cash advance, bank account, deposit account, debit card, stored-value account, money-transfer service, or general-purpose line usable outside Krenzino.

Requested limits and balances

Displayed memberships describe requested structures: Kuisine up to $5,000 with a $100 opening balance, Gourmet up to $10,000 with a $500 opening balance, and Primezino up to $20,000 with a $1,000 opening balance. Approval, final limit, payment schedule, and account terms remain subject to review.

Payments and statements

The first payment may be due at signup when an account is approved and opened. Scheduled monthly payments follow the final account agreement. Customers may pay early when supported. Statement dates, due dates, restriction timing, delinquency handling, and charge-off handling must follow the final servicing rules.

Marketplace purchases

Orders may be accepted, declined, limited, canceled, refunded, or adjusted based on product availability, account status, capacity, suspected misuse, pricing errors, or final marketplace policies. Product descriptions and availability may change.

Account standing and restriction

Marketplace access and account activity may be restricted if required payments are missed, identity review fails, fraud concerns appear, disputes require investigation, legal requirements change, or the account violates final terms.

Credit reporting

Krenzino does not guarantee bureau reporting, tradeline appearance, score improvement, timing, or outcome. Reporting may begin only after bureau approval, testing, data-quality controls, dispute readiness, and legal review.

Dispute resolution

Customer disputes should be handled through Krenzino’s support and direct-dispute process. Final agreements may include arbitration, class-action waiver, jurisdiction, governing law, and notice procedures.

Updates

Krenzino may update marketplace availability, product offerings, application steps, account status rules, payment options, or servicing processes. Material account changes must be provided through required notices or updated agreements where applicable.
