Identity Verification

How Krenzino uses applicant information for identity, eligibility, fraud-prevention, and account-opening review.

Information required

Krenzino may request legal first name, legal last name, date of birth, Social Security number, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, income information, employment status, and supporting documentation where needed.

Purpose

Applicant information is used to verify identity, confirm eligibility, detect duplicates, prevent fraud, satisfy legal obligations, prepare required notices, service accounts, and support future data-furnishing readiness.

Additional review

Krenzino may request additional information or manual review when identity cannot be verified, information conflicts, fraud signals appear, residency cannot be confirmed, or required eligibility checks are incomplete.

Restricted access

Applications may be declined, paused, restricted, or withdrawn if required identity or eligibility information is missing, inaccurate, unverifiable, or inconsistent with account-opening requirements.

Data protection

Sensitive identity information should be stored only in protected systems with encryption, restricted access, audit trails, retention controls, and vendor controls appropriate for consumer financial information.
