Closed-loop account
Krenzino is designed as a closed-loop revolving consumer account for eligible products and services offered inside its marketplace. It is not a deposit account, cash advance, debit card, bank account, or general-purpose open-loop credit card.
Not a bank account
Krenzino does not hold customer deposits and does not provide checking, savings, debit-card, cash-access, money-transfer, or bank-account services. Marketplace access, account capacity, and purchasing eligibility are limited by account status and final account terms.
Membership requests
Displayed memberships describe options a consumer may request. Kuisine may request up to $5,000, Gourmet may request up to $10,000, and Primezino may request up to $20,000. Approval, final limit, account terms, payment schedule, and availability are subject to identity verification, eligibility review, required disclosures, and final account opening.
Opening balance and payment rhythm
The displayed opening balance is paid over time through the scheduled payment plan shown before account opening. The first scheduled payment may be due at signup if an account is approved and opened. Customers may pay early when supported by the account terms.
Payments and statements
The first payment is due at signup if the account is opened. Customers may pay early. Statement timing, due dates, grace periods, late status, restriction, and charge-off handling must follow the final account agreement and servicing rules shown before account opening.
Fees, restrictions, and charge-off
Any fees, restrictions, late-payment handling, nonpayment consequences, account closure, or charge-off rules must be disclosed in the final agreement before account opening. Website summaries do not replace the final disclosures.
Credit reporting
Krenzino does not promise bureau furnishing or credit-score improvement. Reporting is conditional on bureau approval, successful testing, data quality, operational controls, and ongoing accuracy checks. Payment history and account status must come from Krenzino’s servicing records.
Notices and disputes
If an application is denied, incomplete, or approved on different terms, Krenzino must provide any required notices. If reporting becomes available, customers must have a clear path to submit disputes, direct disputes, supporting documents, and correction requests.
Final documents control
Website descriptions are general summaries. The final application disclosures, electronic-record consent, privacy notice, account agreement, payment authorization, and any state-specific disclosures control the customer relationship.
